It hasn’t missed a beat in respect to the overall accuracy, and I think it’s helpful to note in this Jawbone Up review, that since using this bracelet, I’ve been able to refine and hone my exercise, sleep, and eating habits into something I’m much happier with.
I’m a lot healthier after making these changes too!
I’ve lost weight, I’ve been able to form a fitness schedule I can stick to and reach my goals with, and I’ve tracked my sleep patterns extensively. Also, anytime I’m idle for an extended period, I simply set the Jawbone Up to give me a vibration alert. I simply end my break when I get the vibration alert and get back to walking or running again.

Also, in this Jawbone Up review, I’m noting how much I like the Smart Alarm feature. It wakes me up after allowing me to get just the right amount of sleep each night.
The 10 days worth of battery life on a single charge is much longer than the battery life of competing bracelets, and that eliminates any overly frequent and annoying charging escapades.
Furthermore, I’m noting in this Jawbone Up review, that I can keep the bracelet on when I shower and while swimming! It’s totally water proof/resistant, and it hasn’t malfunctioned on me at all in that way.
