Who Can Use the Sole E95 Elliptical Trainer?
Anyone can use the Sole E95 Elliptical Trainer. It has a lot of cool features that address any need when it comes to cardio and cardio based workouts. It can be adapted to many scenarios and it can offer both hardcore sessions and light walking that is definitely necessary. It has a 400 pound weight limit which is more than enough to sustain even the heavier users who still need to work on their health and appearance.
What Makes It Different?
SOLE are known for building some of the most reliable and complex elliptical trainers on the market. They have made a name for themselves because of their great work ethic and because of the fact that each year they are set on improving their products while considering customer feedback. The Sole Elliptical E95 comes with a lot of patented technology and specific features that make this device stand out.
Here are just a few of the qualities that make this product a top selling elliptical:
- Four rear wheels on heavy-duty rails: The design ensures a smoother, more stable feel, and reduce side-to-side foot pedal motion.
- Custom foot pedals: Pedals were designed in collaboration with a leading physical therapist, and SOLE engineers have created a two-degree inward slope to the foot pedals, reducing ankle and knee stress common in many elliptical machines. The foot beds are also adjustable for customized comfort.
- Articulating pedals: Not everyone walks the same, which is why SOLE designed pedals that articulate to fit your stride. This feature also reduces the “numb toe effect” and sore Achilles tendons.
- Advanced sensor systems: Stationary handle bars with built-in pulse sensors for monitoring your heart rate and a heart rate chest strap are great for ongoing pulse monitoring, and heart rate interactive programs.
- Power incline: Additional resistance and variable positions mean a diverse, challenging cardio workout with the touch of a button. The ramp angle is fully adjustable from 0 to 30 degrees, allowing you to target and individually work all major lower body muscle groups.
- Quiet drive system: Fluid, natural motion functions in both forward and reverse. The combination of a heavy, 29-pound flywheel and high gear ratio equates to an extremely smooth feel.

Sole E95 Elliptical Trainer Pros and Cons
One of the biggest advantages you get with the Sole E95 Elliptical is that it costs less than the previous model selling at most of the fitness equipment stores in the market. It is also a bit quieter than the older model and it feels a bit more reliable. The design was not changed but only because it is one of those models that gives you a really hard time finding something wrong with it. It is comfortable and safe but also very efficient when it comes to burning those extra calories. The heart monitor is also more accurate which is great for those that really want to take their training sessions to a whole different level.
There are some issues with this new model that have been noticed even with the previous model. This comes as quite the disappointment considering the price tag that should not leave any room for error. First of all, the small parts that include bolts and other items are not the best in the world. They are clearly not in tune with the entire machine and they can even damage the integrity of your Elliptical trainer.
Another downside that comes with this product is the fact that it has a weird iPod/Mp3 connectivity setting. The LCD is blocked when you hook your player up to the E95 Sole Elliptical which is unacceptable. Another disappointment that comes with this new and improved version of the Sole Elliptical E95 is the fact that the speakers are still the worst part of this machine. Just like with the previous versions users find absolutely no use for such a poorly built sound system that clearly ads to the price which is already high.
Is This a Good Buy?
It is an interesting choice to make. Because of the fact it has just been launched people don’t yet know what to think about this product. It comes with a better LCD system and different handles that definitely are a plus. On the downside it has the same problems as its previous version.
My Experience with the Sole E95 Elliptical Trainer
After I discovered the benefits of using an elliptical trainer I decided to invest a big part of my time into helping others in need of guidance as far as losing weight goes. It have been using many kinds of equipment and I can tell you that elliptical trainers can really help you to burn that extra fat and most importantly stay in shape. The latest device I got my hands on was a really nice addition to my list of excellent devices.
After using the previous version of the Sole E95 Elliptical Trainer, I was left thinking that there are some products that cost less and offer more. It had strange feel to it that really interfered with my workout. It did not feel as sturdy as it should and it really looked outdated when it comes to the computer that controls all the various settings.
Apparently, the new version of the Sole E95 has upgraded the electronics and the design just a bit. The biggest advantage of the newer model is that it costs less. Sole have completely changed the outcome of what could have been a major bust. The new has most of the previous flaws and qualities, but it is a bit better though. If you are looking for an efficient and affordable elliptical and you can ignore the fact the speakers and the technology is a bit behind, you should try out the Sole E95 Elliptical Trainer.
Conclusion
Even if this Sole E95 Elliptical Trainer has some flaws it is still a top of the line device that definitely deserves some attention. It has a lot of cool features and futuristic technology that you will not see with other under $2000 models. When it comes to choosing between this new model and the previous version, things are pretty simple. Both take a lot of space and have received some complaints from users who said the details are not that well-tended to. The newer version is not as big of an improvement as one might hope. The only thing that makes it worth your while is the price, which is currently lower than the older version making your choice a now brainer.
Go with the newer Sole E95 Elliptical Trainer because even though it comes with the same downsides as the older model while not really bringing a lot of new things to the table, it will still save you a couple of hundreds of bucks.
